Fex (Progressive Union of Xanthi) settled an important collection of folklore material in one of the most beautiful mansions of Xanthi that belonged to the Kougioumtzoglou brothers, was built between 1860 and 1862 and was decorated with impressing wall paintings. The collection consists of traditional costumes, jewelery, handcrafts, implements, furniture, books and archives of the Kougioumtzoglou family.
