		Simple present tense is used to describe actions which are in process at the time of the utterance or actions which occur habitually. - Τι κάνεις εκεί; (What are you doing there?) - Διαβάζω την εφημερίδα. (I'm reading the newspaper.) -Διαβάζω την εφημερίδα κάθε μέρα. (I read the newspaper every day).
Εγώ μένω στην Αθήνα. I live in Athens.	Εσύ μαθαίνεις ελληνικά. You are learning Greek.

Ο Κώστας ξέρει ελληνικά. Kostas knows Greek.	Η Μαρία πηγαίνει στο σπίτι. Maria is going home.	Το αυτοκίνητο τρέχει γρήγορα. The car is going fast.
